With over ten years of experience, Arex Builders has overcome different obstacles and challenges, which has helped develop the skills and the know-how to generate solutions in the construction industry. Today, our company is able to manage residential and commercial projects while at the same, distributing and self- performing many building trades.
Our company is licensed by a General Contractor and has the insurance necessary to build, renovate and manage construction jobs. We manage construction projects in different counties throughout Florida, from Miami-Dade County to Lee County and/or Charlotte County. We have expertise in Building Codes in the State of Florida and the local regulations applicable to its respective county.

Alexandra Vega
Chief Executive Officer - CGC
Alexandra founded Arex Builders in 2019 right by the time she obtained her General Contractor's License. Since then, she managed the construction of over 20 residential homes, installed 20+ kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, doors and windows. Her career in the construction field began right after obtaining her Bachelor's degree from Florida International University. Ms. Vega began working as a Project Manager for her family's business in the residential construction field, wherein she managed high-end custom homes. After a few years and before starting her own company, she decided to join another construction firm as a Project Manager and Estimator. It was here where she enhanced her knowledge and skills to estimate, bid, and oversee 2M+ governmental projects.

Amongst the services provided, our company offers Construction Management. The service involves a set of specialized techniques such as project planning, budgets, design and construction feasibility, from its beginning to its end.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
Our company builds new structures from the ground up, both residential and commercial. In liaison with professional engineers and architects, we work towards your goals to achieve the ultimate construction project.
REMODELING
Arex Builders also remodels homes! For those existing structures, our company offers you the option to renovate or build new additions to your home; all in compliance with local regulations. Whether your house or condo suffered damages, it is simply in need for an update or upgrade, our company has experience building new bathrooms, kitchens, as well as replacing floors and/or windows and doors for impact windows and doors.
OUR SPECIALTY
Our experience in the construction field as well as the fact that we have been able to create long-standing relationships with several suppliers has led to our specialization in specific areas such as installation and replacement of windows and doors, as well as installation of cabinets for the kitchen, bathrooms and closets. We have also specialized in the installation and replacement of floors and tile. We have become dealers for ECO WINDOWS, ES WINDOWS, Bandalux and PROSEIN flooring and tile material, thereby obtaining best market price among these brands.
In 2021, we became ambassadors of an innovative company, offering to our clients the possibility to go greener with solar panels from Powur.
